15 Day Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and trust in our services. If you are not happy with the quality of our work, you can request a full or partial refund within 15 days of receiving the service. This policy applies to the following services: computer repair, computer builds and website design. For the case of repairs, you have the option of a full refund or allowing me to repair your device again at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 15 days of receiving the service and provide a valid reason for requesting a refund.
  • You must return any physical products (such as computer parts or accessories) that we delivered to you in their original condition and packaging.
    • The products requiring return will be those listed on an estimate sent to you before or during services were rendered.
  • You must allow us to access and delete any digital products (such as website files or software) that we created or installed for you.
  • You must not use, copy, modify or distribute any of our products or services after requesting a refund.

We reserve the right to reject your refund request if you do not meet these conditions or if we find evidence of fraud, abuse or misuse of our products or services.

If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 10 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
